Timber-Strong is a relatively new ASCE student competition where a team is tasked with creating a sustainable, 2-story light-framed wooden building. There are a variety of building constraints and projects are scored based on sustainability, BIM, aesthetics, construction, and presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The fall semester is dedicated to design after the rules are announced, and fabrication sessions will start in early January to be ready for competition in March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
