Tier Breakdown:
Gold – $2250+
Our chapter aims to provide a plethora of opportunities for our top-tier sponsors! The cost gives your company many options for representation including all white-level benefits and more.
Sponsored tailgates and site tours are meaningful ways for company representatives to interact with members of GT ASCE and connect with them in a less formal setting. Optimal table locations are also effective for networking with numerous students. This strategic placement is useful for attracting students and improving visibility. Your company’s logo will also be included on our chapter’s conference t-shirt. These shirts aren’t solely worn during conferences and can be seen after conferences, especially at ASCE events.
White – $1750+
Students attending the Career Fair will have the opportunity to submit their resumes that’ll be shared with all companies of this tier and above before the event. Your company’s logo will also be shared in our weekly meeting presentations, weekly newsletter, and our website. This cost also includes all the career fair and company luncheon package benefits listed in our 2024 – 2025 Sponsorship Package.
Career Fair Only – $925
Our chapter of ASCE will be hosting an in-person career fair during the Spring 2024 semester. This event enables your company to interact with both members and non-members of GT ASCE. The cost of $925 covers a slot for company representatives. Please consider this opportunity to network with students from the nation’s #2 Ranked Undergraduate Civil Engineering Program (2022-23 U.S. News and World Report). Students depend on this event to learn about companies and to network for internships and full-time positions. The career fair will take place on Thursday, January 30th, 2025. The after-hour social follows the career fair, providing company representatives a chance to further connect with students through fun planned activities. Learn more here.
Company Luncheon Only – $925
Our chapter members would love to hear about your company! The cost of $925 covers a slot for company representatives at one of our in-person weekly company meetings. The casual environment allows student members to ask their questions about your company and network with the company representatives. This is also a great opportunity for members to seek out internships and full-time positions. Meeting dates are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your company also gains the opportunity to be listed on the career fair sponsor banner. We hope your company joins us in this mutually beneficial opportunity to get to know our members and interact with the organization!
Check the following table for openings in our weekly meeting schedule.
Team Sponsorship – $250+
Through our organization, all of our conference teams are student-run from beginning to end
- In Steel Bridge, our members are devoted each year to producing a top-notch bridge, spending countless hours planning the design in teams, and then fabricating the parts in the on-campus machine shop. Because this is such a rewarding experience for the student, our goal for this upcoming year is to increase student participation to over 40 members. Sponsorship allows for the team to buy steel to produce their design.
- A large percentage of our members participate in the ASCE Concrete Canoe Competition held each spring at the Southeast Conference. The student-run team puts their engineering education to the test to design and build the fastest and easiest-to-maneuver canoe. Members of ASCE love participating on this team because it requires creative ideas and a lot of teamwork. Sponsorship of Concrete Canoe enables ASCE members to participate and buy all the specialized materials it takes to construct a winning canoe!
- Timber-Strong is an ASCE student competition where students must design a sustainable, 2-story light-framed wooden building that is then judged on aspects like aesthetics, BIM, sustainability, construction, and presentation. The building portion of the competition requires more than labor and dedication from students, but also materials. Sponsorship would greatly help our team obtain the timber and other supplies needed to build a successful building.
- Sustainable Solutions also features a smaller team challenged to develop a better understanding of sustainability and how to apply sustainable solutions to everyday problems that they may encounter as engineers. This competition requires students to utilize software to create visually appealing graphics and a 3D model of their project. Sponsorship aids the team in obtaining the necessary software and materials necessary for the project’s success.
Beyond contributing to the goal of our student team(s), your company also gains the opportunity to be listed on the sponsor banner and the respective team t-shirts, Additionally, your company will get a tour of the respective team’s project and facilities.
